It is important that you be prepared before calling us. Prepare with our fees and the extra fees and charges for such things as en route stops. Ensure you are ready for the trip because we charge $10 extra for every 15 minutes you are late. Give us several hours of warning if you are going to cancel the reservation, otherwise we will charge you the full fare. You should also be prepared with 15% driver gratuity.
